Shipping returns

Use strong packaging to pack the product, make sure that the product is well protected and cannot move about freely to avoid damage during transit.

Do not forget to include the return form, which you will receive by email together with the return address. Forgetting the form could result in delays in processing your return.

You are responsible for returning the jewellery. It is therefore advisable to send your package by registered post and possibly with additional insurance. Note: You pay the shipping cost.

After receiving the returned product

Once we have received your return, we will inform you by email within five working days. We need to determine whether the product is in good condition and complete. If this is the case, we will start the return procedure.

If the product has been worn and/or damaged, we will charge you for this. These costs are equal to the purchase price of the item, or equal to the costs that we incur for having the item repaired. In that case, we will contact you first before we start the return procedure.

If the product is defective or damaged, we will determine whether the warranty covers this. If the defect can be repaired under warranty, you will not be charged any costs. If the warranty does not cover the defect, we will contact you.

Processing your return shipment

Once you have indicated you want to cancel your purchase, we will refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible and always within a maximum period of 14 days. We will make the refund with the same payment method that you used to pay for the product.

If the product cannot immediately be offered for sale again in the MRS BEE online shop, we will contact you. In this case, you may be charged as described earlier.
