We process privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, via our e-store. MRS BEE places particular importance on handling personal data with care, so we process and secure personal data accordingly.

When we process data, we comply with the requirements imposed by privacy laws. This means, among other things, that:

• We limit the collection of personal data to data necessary for legitimate purposes.

MRS BEE is the responsible for processing the data. This privacy statement explains what personal data we collect and use and for what purposes. We advise you to read it carefully.

Use of personal data

When you use our e-store we obtain certain information from you, which can include personal data. We only retain and use the personal data provided directly by you in the context of the service you request, or where it is clear that we have been provided this data for processing.

We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement:

Registration

Certain parts of our e-store require you to register first. After registration, we retain the personal data provided by you linked to your chosen username. We retain this data so that you do not have to enter it each time you return, and so that we can contact you in the context of executing the agreement.

We will not pass on to third parties the data linked to your username, unless this is necessary in the context of executing the agreement that you conclude with us or if we have a legal requirement to do so. In the event of suspected fraud or abuse of our website, we could submit the personal data to the competent authorities.

Access to our portal

Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set up, specify and change items yourself.

Processing your order
If you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.

Advertising

In addition to the information on our website, we may also inform you of our new products and services:

• Contact form and newsletter

Our e-store offers you the option of asking questions via a contact form, where we ask you to fill in various details to process your request. You decide which data you provide. We will retain the data you send us for as long as is necessary to fully respond to and process your request according to the nature of the form or the content of your email.

We offer a newsletter to inform those interested about our products and services. Each newsletter contains a link you can click to unsubscribe. Your email is automatically added to the list of subscribers.

Location details

If necessary for the service, we may collect location (GPS) data from you. We require your consent for this when the situation arises.

The provider of the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, or organisations such as Google or Apple may also store and process location data. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the provider concerned.

App store

The app that provides the service is downloaded via an app store operated by a third party. We have no influence on the personal data the provider processes, or for what purposes. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the provider concerned.

Publication

We do not publish your customer data.

Forwarding to third parties
We may pass on your details to our partners. These partners deliver customised advertisements based on your personal data. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement. These partners may use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Our e-store uses cookies. Third parties we engage also place cookies.

On your first visit to our e-store, we display a notice explaining why we use cookies. If you continue to use our e-store, we assume that you agree with the use of cookies.

You are free to disable cookies via your browser, but bear in mind that our website may no longer work fully.

We have made agreements about the use of the cookies and applications with the third parties that place cookies. However, we do not have complete control over what the application providers do with the cookies when they read them. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our e-store. We have signed a processor’s agreement with Google to establish arrangements concerning the handling of our data. We also allow Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services and, finally, we anonymise IP addresses.

Security

We take security measures to limit the abuse and unauthorised access of personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:

Access to personal data is protected with a username and password.
We use secured connections (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL) to protect all information exchanged between you and our website when you enter personal data.
We keep logs of all requests for personal data.

Retention periods

We retain the personal data described above for as long as is necessary to process your orders, including the warranty period. After that period, we store data for a maximum of one additional year for the statistical purposes described. We will then delete the data unless we have a statutory obligation to store the data for longer, such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data.

Third-party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to our e-store by hyperlinks. We cannot guarantee that these third parties manage your personal data in a trustworthy or secure manner. We recommend you read the privacy statement of these websites before using them.

Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. We recommend you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of any changes.

Inspection of and changes to your data
If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy or questions relating to the inspection, modification or removal of your personal data, you may contact us at any time via the details below.

Wanneer u inzage wilt in de persoonsgegevens die MRS BEE over u heeft vastgelegd of wanneer u gegevens wilt wijzigen omdat deze onjuist of onvolledig zijn, of deze wilt laten verwijderen of afschermen, dan kunt u per e-mail contact opnemen met MRS BEE, via e-mailadres info@mrsbee.nl. MRS BEE zal u binnen vier weken meedelen welke persoonsgegevens zij omtrent u verwerkt en of zij aan een eventueel verzoek tot verwijdering, afscherming of verbetering zal of kan voldoen.

To prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself appropriately. If this concerns personal data linked to a cookie, you must also send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this in your browser settings. If the data is incorrect, you can request that we change or remove it.
