MRS BEE manufactures all products with the utmost care and attention. Nevertheless, something could go wrong during production. We give a one-year warranty on all our jewellery against manufacturing and material defects. This warranty does not apply if the jewellery has not been set, repaired or adjusted by our professionals.
All gemstones have a certain hardness and resistance to scratches. However, if used carelessly, everything – even diamonds – can get damaged. MRS BEE provides a one-year warranty on precious stones, diamonds and pearls, provided the jewellery has been worn with care. The warranty does not cover marks, scratches or damage resulting from intensive use. Where applicable, the warranty means that the gemstone, diamond or pearl will be replaced with a comparable new one free of charge.
The warranty is valid from the moment you purchase the item. In the event of a warranty claim, we ask you for a description of the problem, the order number/your personal jewelry number and the date on which you received the item. If your jewellery has incurred damage after the warranty period, we will still try to solve the problem for you and reimburse you for the costs.
For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect from it. The above is a MRS BEE guarantee and does not affect the legal guarantee mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
